Go Fish Clothing & Jewelry Co. makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Go Fish Clothing & Jewelry Co. Pricing Policy
The prices of our online merchandise are the same as those in our stores.
Sales Tax Policy
We are required by law to charge sales tax on merchandise in which possession
is taken within the state of Florida. There is no sales tax for orders
delivered to addresses outside of Florida.
The current sales tax in Escambia County, Florida is 7.5%.

Go Fish Clothing & Jewelry Co. accepts the following credit

We are unable to accept checks, cash, credit slips, or gift certificates.
Using Your Credit Card
First, complete the Customer Information Section of the Online Checkout.
It is very important that you include your area code and telephone number
as well as your e-mail address in the event that we need to speak with
you about your order.
Next, complete the Billing Information Section. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card.
Last, complete the Shipping Information Section. If Shipping Information is the same as Customer Information, simply check the box and the form will be completed for you.
When You Will Be Charged
The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when
the order is shipped.
Standard Shipping
Standard orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Following credit card
approval, a standard order will be processed the next business day (Monday
through Friday, not including holidays). Standard ground delivery is generally
3-7 business days. The cost depends on the total amount of the order:

Express Shipping
Express orders will be shipped via air. Express orders received by 12:00 noon EST will be processed the same day, provided credit card authorization is obtained. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. The cost for express shipping is listed below:

We are currently unable to accept or ship orders outside of the United

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your satisfaction with our merchandise is guaranteed. If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30
days for a full refund.
Returning Items by Mail
1. Return all original paperwork received with your order, i.e., cash
register receipt, charge card receipt, and Go Fish Clothing & Jewelry
Co. sales book receipt.
2. Return the merchandise with the style/size tag attached, if applicable.
3. Please indicate the reason for the return.
4. A charge credit will be issued (to the card originally used) as soon
as the merchandise and appropriate paperwork are received.
5. If you are exchanging merchandise for a different size, style, or color
let us know what you would like to exchange your returned merchandise
for. We will pay the shipping costs for the order sent in the exchange.
6. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible).
Ship only insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries and
you will not be eligible for a refund if the product is lost or damaged
during the return shipment.

Credit Card Refunds
All credits will be issued on the credit card used for the original purchase.
Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds on Shipping Charges
We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or
the item is defective.
Care Instructions
For best results, follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label of
the garment. Actual shrinkage results will depend upon care. Washing a
T-shirt or batik clothing in hot water and drying it with hot air will
increase shrinkage, while washing in cold water and air-drying will minimize
shrinkage.
